PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device capable of carrying out ventilating operation of high comfortable characteristic and high energy saving characteristic.SOLUTION: A ventilation device of this invention comprises changing-over means formed with an air passage for discharging indoor air out of a room and supplying outdoor air into the room, capable of changing over the air passage between a heat exchanging ventilation mode for performing a full heat exchanging between air flowing in the air supply passage and air flowing in the discharging air passage and a normal ventilation mode in which the full heat exchanging is not performed; a memory part 15a for storing an indoor desired enthalpy I; a calculating part 15b for calculating an indoor enthalpy I, and an outdoor enthalpy I; and a control part 15c for controlling the air passage changing-over means on the basis of each of the enthalpy I, the enthalpy I, and the enthalpy I. In the case that either I<I<I, I<I<I, or I≤I<Iis applied, the air passage is changed over to the normal ventilation mode and in the case that either I<I<I, I<I<I, or I≤I<I, the air passage is changed over to the heat exchanging ventilation mode. |
