PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which inhibits voltage drop of power supplied to an amplifier circuit.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: a main amplifier for amplifying a plurality of pieces of data read from a memory mat region; global signal wiring GIOA for transferring data amplified by the main amplifier to a data input/output circuit; and power supply wiring VL for supplying power supply potential to the main amplifier. The power supply wiring VL includes wiring part VL arranged on the memory mat region and the global signal wiring GIOA and the wiring part VL(3) are arranged in the same wiring layer and in one straight line. The wiring part VL(3) enforces the power supply. |
