PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PCV valve excellent in the effect of restraining moisture contained in blow-by gas from condensing and freezing, and a PCV device including the same.SOLUTION: A PCV device 1 is a device that causes blow-by gas leaked to a crank chamber of an internal combustion engine to burn again in a combustion chamber. The PCV device comprises a PCV valve 5 for controlling a flow rate of the blow-by gas. The PCV valve comprises a housing 35 internally including a valve chest 33 through which the blow-by gas flows, and vacuum insulating layers 47 and 49 are formed in the housing. In the PCV valve, a heat storage material can be arranged in the housing. |
