PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance welding strength between a resin part and a resin film.SOLUTION: A gas-permeable fluororesin porous film (4) composed of a fluororesin is welded with a resin part (2) composed of a thermoplastic resin by using a welding horn (62) provided with convex parts (62t) in a work surface (62p) to come in contact with an object to be worked. In the working surface (62p) of the welding horn (62), e.g. a plurality of convex parts (62t) are provided. The convex parts (62t) may be arranged in a lattice form in the working surface (62p). |
