PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable abnormal processing to be detected by a small-load determination process.SOLUTION: Service information about a service that includes a plurality of processes having a plurality of hierarchical levels is stored in which processes for each service are grouped at a prescribed level by considering the presence of a common level, and a first determination process for determining the presence of abnormality as to a process included in one or more services is performed on the basis of log data pertaining to a plurality of services and the service information. When the process found to be abnormal is a grouping process, the grouping process that is found to be abnormal is expanded to one or more processes at a level lower than the prescribed level on the basis of the service information, and a second determination process for determining the presence of abnormality as to the expanded one or more processes is performed. |
