PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink which includes a spiral groove provided on an inner surface of a passage part, in which a refrigerant fluid circulates, and thereby achieves excellent heat radiation efficiency.SOLUTION: A heat sink 101 includes: an outer frame part 102; a supply part 104 which is disposed at the outer frame part 102 and supplies a refrigerant fluid 103 to the outer frame part 102; a discharge part 105 which is disposed at the outer frame part 102 and discharges the refrigerant fluid 103 from the outer frame part 102; and a passage part 106 which is disposed in the outer frame part 102 and connected with the supply part 104 and the discharge part 105, the passage part 106 in which the refrigerant fluid 103 circulates. The heat sink 101 has a spiral groove 108 on an inner surface of the passage part 106. |
