The present invention relates to a processing fluid supply system using an automatic distilled water supply apparatus having a filter cleaning function which automatically supplies distilled water which is close to de-ionized water whose impurity is removed and is produced using an automatic distilled water supply apparatus having a filter cleaning function, not conventional processing fluid such as waste cutting oil which can cause environmental pollution, to a machine tool device via an RS485 and a TCP/IP communications network to prevent corrosion of the machine tool device (a wire cutting device) and extend equipment life. In addition, a small amount cutting oil can be mixed with de-ionized distilled water according to properties of a machine tool to prevent environmental pollution caused by the conventional waste cutting oil. When processing fluid which can be acquired by an embodiment of the present invention is used for the machine tool device such as the wire cutting device using a discharge electrode, high precision work can be performed.
