PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reducing water production apparatus which enables acquisition of reducing water lowered further in oxidation-reduction potential by increasing the dissolution amount of hydrogen gas efficiently.SOLUTION: A reducing water production apparatus includes dissolved hydrogen drink water production means (100), fine bubble generation means (200) of passing drink water produced by the dissolved hydrogen drink water production means (100) to convert included hydrogen gas to fine bubbles so as to enhance the dissolution efficiency and dissolved gas increasing means (300) of increasing the dissolution amount of hydrogen gas in the form of fine bubbles formed by the fine bubble generation means (200). |
