The present system is a 360-degree video-distributing system for viewing a realistic 360-degree video. This 360-degree video-distributing system is provided with: a 360-degree camera; a 360-degree image-generating unit for obtaining a 360-degree video taken using the 360-degree camera, and generating 360-degree frame image data in chronological order; a 360-degree video data-generating unit for encoding the 360-degree frame image data in chronological order and generating 360-degree video data in a format playable in real time on a communications terminal device; a distribution server for distributing, to the communications terminal device, the 360-degree video data uploaded from the 360-degree video data-generating unit; and a 360-degree video-playing unit for the real-time playing of the 360-degree video data distributed by the distribution server and for displaying video footage in a range that corresponds to a line-of-sight command by the user.
