PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a random model for extracting a latency structure of observation information, in consideration of a hierarchic structure of the observation information.SOLUTION: An initial model creation part 31 regards observation information having a hierarchic structure and an order tree expressing the hierarchic structure as inputs, creates plural random models including a model parameter and structure parameter respectively, and sets the random models as an initial model candidate aggregate. A model score calculation part 32 calculates a model score of each random model included in the created initial model candidate aggregate, or a model candidate aggregate which is created previously. A random model candidate creation part 34 extracts w pieces of the random models whose model scores are in the top w, creates the random models in which dependent relationship of any one hierarchy of the structure parameter is changed, and creates a model candidate aggregate. A repetition determination part 33 repeats operation of the random model candidate creation part 34 and model score calculation part 32 until a repetition end condition is satisfied and then outputs a random model whose model score is highest. |
