PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine which does not deteriorate a recovery rate of lint, which includes a filter unit in which deformation during resin molding is prevented without much trouble, and in which washing performance has been improved.SOLUTION: A washing machine includes: a body 1; a dewatering tub 5 rotatably supported in the body 1; a recirculation flow passage 20 fixed on a side wall part of the dewatering tub 5; and a filter unit 30 detachably mounted on the recirculation flow passage 20. The filter unit 30 is configured by a front cover 32 having a filtration member 31 where washing water flowing in from the recirculation flow passage 20 passes through and a rear cover 33 in which a side surface wall is fitted to the front cover 32, and it has an opening 38 where the washing water flows in, on a lower surface. Only on a root side X in a short side direction of the side surface wall 35 of the rear cover 33, which becomes the inner side for fitting, a plurality of protrusion parts 36 are provided having a width in the direction where the washing water flows in and configured by a smooth curved surface so as to be raised to the inner side, and the protrusion parts 36 can prevent deformation of the side surface wall 35. |
