PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature storage and a low-temperature storage system capable of preventing quality deterioration of a stored object and reducing cost for a coolant with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A low-temperature storage comprises an opening 111 and a plurality of holding racks 112 for holding a storage tray P inside. The plurality of holding racks 112 are provided in a vertical direction perpendicular to the surface of the storage tray P in a plurality of stages so as to be arranged linearly in a horizontal direction and to face. At least one passage part 113 for allowing the storage tray P to pass through in the vertical direction is provided in each stage other than at least the farthest stage from the opening 111 of the vertical direction. In at least one stage, a storage tray replacement part 130 is provided along with the passage part 113. |
