PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collision avoidance support device capable of performing a proper operation support for avoiding a collision in response to the presence or absence of the wear of a seat belt by a vehicular crew member.SOLUTION: A collision avoidance support device 1 comprises: object detection parts 14 and 31 for detecting an object existing in front of a vehicle; a seating detection part 12 for detecting a seating for each seat; a seat belt wear detector 13 for detecting the wear of a seat belt for each seat; a collision determination part 32 for determining whether or not the detected object and the vehicle may collide; a deceleration-acceleration setting part 33 for setting a deceleration-acceleration to avoid a collision in the case where it is decided that there is a probability of the collision; and an operation supporting part 20 for performing an operation support on the basis of a deceleration-acceleration. In the case where there is a seat in which the seat belt is not worn, in all the seated seats, the deceleration-acceleration setting part 33 sets a lower deceleration acceleration than that of the deceleration acceleration of the case in which the seat belts are worn in all the seated seats. |
