PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device that can reduce flicker of light emitted from a light source unit, and a luminaire using the same.SOLUTION: A lighting device 10 has a lighting circuit 1 for making a light source unit 20 light, and a control circuit 2 for controlling the lighting circuit 1. The control circuit 2 has an A/D converter 8 for converting an analog signal to a digital signal, a processor 9 for processing the digital signal, a proportional control processor 11 for arithmetically calculating processing result of the processor 9 on the basis of the proportional control of open loop control, and an output unit 12 for outputting a PWM signal having the duty ratio corresponding to the calculation result of the proportional control processor 11. The lighting circuit 1 is configured to make the light source unit 20 light according to the duty ratio of the PWM signal output from the output unit 12. |
