摘要 The present invention refers to an alcoholic beverage of tropical flavors and process for the manufacture thereof, which includes a liter of white Rum at 40% of alcohol volume, 4.5 milliliters of a mixture of spices, 0.5 milliliters of oak extract, 0.5 milliliters of glycerin, 0.3 grams of xanthan gum 80, 0.2 grams of vanilla, 10 grams of brown sugar, 1.5 grams of toffee and 0.4 microns of epoxy coat film, all these mixtures of substances integrating the beverage of tropical flavors, which turn the same into a different and novel beverage. The manufacturing process of the alcoholic beverage of tropical flavors consists in the following steps: dissolving the sugar in water at room temperature, stirring this mixture until the sugar is totally dissolved, the second step including diluting the xanthan gum 80 in water, using warm water to facilitate the operation, stirring the mixture for 30 minutes and then adding the glycerin, stirring it for other 30 minutes. The third step consists in mixing the solutions of steps one and two, i.e., the water with the sugar and the xanthan gum 80 with the glycerin. The fourth step includes the separation of a rum portion for diluting the oak extract, mixing it for 10 minutes and adding the rest of the mixture above described. The fifth step consists in using a different container for diluting vanilla in white rum and mixing it for 15 minutes, subsequently incorporating the rest of the mixture. The sixth step consists in adding the toffee color to the complete mixture and mixing with the rest of the ingredients for 20 minutes. The seventh step consists in adding the spices mixtures to the solution and stirring it for 1 hour, until the mixture is homogenized. The eighth step consists in filtering the final product for retaining the impurities and rests of ingredients that were not completely dissolved. The last or ninth step consists in adding the epoxy coat film in a range of from about 0.04 to about 0.40 microns, the product would be ready to be bottled.
