A rubber extruder and a cable coating apparatus including the same prevent the failure of a cable product by notifying the supply state of a rubber material of a ribbon type through an alarm lamp if the rubber material of the ribbon type is not normally supplied by sensing the rotation state of a roller which transfers the rubber material by a proximity sensor.
