<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the occurrence of a designed surface defect in injection molding using metallic resin. <P>SOLUTION: The mold apparatus includes: a cavity 4 having a design molding surface 5 on the front side of a metallic resin molded product and a non-design molding surface 6 on the back side of the metallic resin molded product; a rib molding hole 7 formed in the non-design molding surface 6; and a movable piece 8 displaceable between a closed position for closing the rib molding hole 7 and an open position for opening the rib molding hole 7. The movable piece 8 is driven to the closed position while the cavity 4 is filled with a molten resin, and the movable piece 8 is driven to the open position after filling the cavity 4 with the molten resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
