<p>The invention provides a resin composition for an ultraviolet curable adhesive and an adhesive. The resin composition contains a urethane(meth)acrylate resin (A) which is obtained by reaction of a polyol (a), a polyisocyanate (b) and a (meth)acrylic compound (c) containing a hydroxyl group, a (meth)acrylic monomer (B), a photopolymerization initiator (C) and an adhesion imparting agent (D), wherein the adhesion imparting agent (D) is obtained by reaction of more than one unsaturated aromatic compound (d-1) selected the group consisting of a styrene, an alpha-methyl styrene, a vinyl toluene, an indene and an isopropenyl toluene, and more than one unsaturated aliphatic compound (d-2) selected from a group consisting of an isobutylene, an butadiene, an isoprene, an piperylene and an dicyclopentadiene.</p> |
