The controller (70) is configured to adjust an operation of the voltage conversion circuit (20A), detect primary-side voltage by using the first voltage sensor (61) in a state that the voltage conversion circuit is operated (20A) in a case where a collision is detected by the collision sensor (64), and detect a state that the system main relay (16) is off based on a change in the detected primary-side voltage. |
