摘要 The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of glutinous rice fruit rice cake containing a sweet pumpkin or curcumin which makes a good taste and is good for health as well-being and fusion food, and is preferred by different classes by using a strawberry which everyone likes. The method comprises the following steps: putting and soaking 300 to 600 g of glutinous rice in water for four to eight hours or more; taking out the glutinous rice soaked in water, removing the water, and grinding the glutinous rice by putting 3 to 7 g of salt; making a mixture by putting and mixing 30 to 70 g of sweet pumpkin powder in ground glutinous rice powder; steaming the mixture using a steamer for 10 to 30 minutes; making sweet pumpkin glutinous rice cake using the mixture steamed in the steamer; drying sponge bread, grinding the same, passing the same through a sieve, and making sponge bread stuffing; taking out the sweet pumpkin glutinous rice cake in a certain size, and shaping the same in a circular shape; putting the strawberry inside the circular sweet pumpkin glutinous rice cake, and shaping the same in an oval shape; coating the surface of the oval-shaped glutinous rice cake with water or a viscous solution matured in honey strawberry; and covering the glutinous rice cake coated with the viscous solution on the surface with the sponge bread stuffing.
