Provided are a method for providing an evidence collecting tool, which enables to collect an evidence for a secure zone of a mobile device applied with a domain separation technology, and an apparatus and a method for acquiring an evidence matter in the domain separation-based mobile device. The method of the present invention comprises the following steps: collecting user identification information and system feature information of the domain separation-based mobile device; transferring the user identification information and a pre-stored user authentication key value to a server; receiving a security key generated based on the user identification information after a user authentication is performed in the server; transferring the system feature information to the server; receiving an evidence collecting tool which is appropriate to the domain separation-based mobile device selected based on the system feature information in the server; collecting an evidence matter which requires an analysis in the domain separation-based mobile device using the evidence collecting tool; and encoding the collected evidence matter by using the security key.
