<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera monitoring system capable of suppressing the deterioration of system operation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A camera monitoring system includes devices to be operated on the basis of setting information, i.e., an image storage device 110, a storage server 220, and a monitor PC 120 respectively having proxy modules 1104, 2204, and 1204 acting for the partial functions of a management server 210.
