The present invention relates to a transfer apparatus stably transferring various products and people in various transfer directions. According to the present invention, the transfer apparatus comprises: a platform installed to be tilted by a predetermined angle with respect to a horizontal surface; a rotating stage installed to be rotated in an upper portion of the platform; one or more transfer modules installed on the upper surface of the rotating stage; a rotation unit rotating the rotary stage; and one or more tilting devices enabling the platform to be tilted.
