摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flow meter for achieving cost reduction and miniaturization while securing high measuring performance in a measurement channel with a multi-layer structure. <P>SOLUTION: This ultrasonic flow meter is configured to detect a flow rate by a measurement channel 1 configured of a plurality of layer-shaped channels 13a to 13d and a pair of ultrasonic sensors 7 and 8 installed at the same wall face side of the measurement channel 1, and arranged such that the propagation path of an ultrasonic wave using reflection on the opposite side wall face is configured. The height of the layers at the both ends of the measurement channel 1 is set to be smaller than that of the other layers so that even when a measurement flow rate changes, a difference between the flow speed rates of the respective layers can be set to be small.
