<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a rotary cutter device and a manufacturing process for the same to reduce manufacturing costs. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary cutter device 610 includes a rotor 620 which is supported rotatably to an enclosure 612 and provided with a first flat blade 621 having a linearly extending first cutting edge 621b, and a holder 630 provided with a second flat blade 631 having a linearly extending second cutting edge 631b. The rotor 620 has a flat blade mounting portion 624 which supports the first flat blade 621 so that the first cutting edge 621b is in parallel with a rotating shaft O. The holder 630 has a holding portion 632 which can hold the second flat blade 631 so that the direction of a mounting surface of the second flat blade 631 is in parallel with the rotating shaft O via a prescribed gap, and a straight line including a second cutting edge 631b and the rotating shaft O are arranged at a prescribed angleαin a view in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the mounting surface of the second flat blade 631. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
