<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oligonucleotide probe, microarray, etc., capable of swiftly detecting a variety of kinds of harmful or toxic dinoflagellate, and capable of monitoring marine situation. <P>SOLUTION: The oligonucleotide probe for detecting harmful or toxic dinoflagellate is provided, which contains a base sequence hybridizable with at least part of base sequences among those of a nucleic acid derived from the harmful or toxic dinoflagellate.
