<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle string cutting device capable of easily releasing the noodle string from an recessed part by ejecting air to the noodle string positioned in the recessed part of a cutting blade roll. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes cutting blade rolls 10a and 10b forming noodle strings 3 in spaces 17 formed with pushing parts 15b and recessed parts 16b, and a plurality of air ejecting elements 30 inserted and positioned in a plurality of recessed parts 16b and ejecting air J to the noodle strings 3 each positioned at the recessed part 16b side in each space 17. Each air ejecting element 30 has an element body 31, an air flow path 35 set at the inside of the element body 31 and through which the air J flows, and an air ejecting hole 36 set at an end part 32 of the element body 31 and communicated with the air flow path 35. Each air ejecting hole 36 is set between the noodle string 3 of the recessed part 16b side in each space 17 and the bottom of the recessed part 16b, and is formed to be able to eject the air J from the bottom of the recessed part 16b to the outside in the diametric direction D2 of the cutting blade roll 10b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
