A technology for oil accumulation using a light wavelength which is simple and has a great effect is needed because conventional nutrient inhibition and two-stage processes are complicated. The present invention relates to a method for culturing microalgae in a two-phase to increase the oil accumulating amount using growth (first phase; a blue wavelength) or growth inhibition (second phase; a red wavelength) depending on a LED wavelength change (Blue/Red).
