SERVICE EXCEPTION RESOLUTION FRAMEWORK

A service exception resolution framework may provide a centralized exception handling console (EHC) used to reprocess unfulfilled service requests that result in service request exceptions. The EHC may allow an operator to analyze multiple service request exceptions simultaneously from disparate applications and domains. The framework may greatly reduce the time, cost, and resource expenditures needed to analyze and resolve service request exceptions and reprocess service requests regardless of the applications and domains from which the service request exceptions result.
