<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an idle stop vehicle capable of clearly making a driver or the like aware of the necessity of adjusting a clutch lever play quantity. <P>SOLUTION: As indicated in (b), an exposure surface 60 covered with a cover member 54 extending to the vehicle front from a steering wheel and exposed by operating a lever 45, is provided in a rocking fulcrum side end part 50 of the clutch lever 45, and the exposure surface 60 is provided with an indicator 70 for indicating the necessity of adjusting play of the lever 45. When inspecting a play quantity of the lever 45, when a play quantity in a clutch operation system is large, since an operation quantity of the lever 45 increases, the indicator 70 is exposed.
