Provided is a scum removing apparatus, which comprises: a rail installed on both sides of the edge of a settlement basin; a cart coupled across the rail; a plurality of ventilation nozzles consecutively installed in a longitudinal direction of the cart; a ventilator for supplying air to the ventilation nozzle; and a driving module for moving the cart from the rail. |
