<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdered food material adding device which can make a powdered food material adhere uniformly to the whole addition area of a food.SOLUTION: A powdered food material adding device 1 includes a transport part 2 which transports a food to which a powdered food material is added, a supply part 3 which supplies the powdered food material, an addition part 4 which scatters the supplied powdered food material by an air flow to add it onto addition areas of the food, and a recovery part 5 which sucks and recovers the scattered powdered food material. The addition part 4 includes a cover body 41 covering a food transport path, and scattering mechanisms 40 arranged on both sides of the transport path so as to face each other and scattering the powdered food material to the transport path. The recovery part 5 is connected to suction ports 41e formed in the carry-in side and the carry-out side of the cover body 41 to suck the powdered food material.</p> |
