The present invention relates to an apparatus for replacing an individual tank, and an offshore structure having the same. The apparatus for replacing an individual tank comprises: an entrance formed on a side of a hull in the offshore structure; a guide rail horizontally installed in an inner space part of the hull to enable an individual tank to enter the inside of the hull through the entrance; and a tank transport unit for transferring the individual tank on the guide rail. Therefore, the apparatus according to the present invention is capable of facilitating the maintenance of the offshore structure since the replacement of an individual tank is possible.
