Disclosed is a display device which includes a first substrate, a first insulation layer which is arranged on the first substrate, a second insulation layer which is arranged on the first insulation layer, and a patterned metal layer which is arranged on the second insulation layer and includes a plurality of conductive lines. An opening region is located between two adjacent conductive lines to expose the second insulation layer. The thickness of the second insulation layer under the conductive line of the patterned metal layer is thicker than the thickness of the second insulation layer. |
