The present invention relates to an apparatus for installing a refrigerant tank of an offshore structure, capable of reducing an installation space and a sloshing effect by installing a refrigerant tank in the vertical type. To this end, the apparatus for installing a refrigerant tank of an offshore structure comprises: a refrigerant tank which is vertically erected; and a first supporter having a mounting groove which is fixated and supported as a lower end of a body of the refrigerant tank is partially inserted and mounted on an upper end thereof. Therefore, the apparatus according to present invention is configured to install the refrigerant tank in the vertical type, and thus can increase the space utilization efficiency and reduce the sloshing effect as compared to the horizontal type.
