<p>Disclosed is an induction cooking device which comprises: a control unit (5) with an output setting unit (18) that controls the heating operation of a high-frequency current supply unit (4) such that the heating output value of the high-frequency current supply unit (4) reaches a set output value; an electrode (6) positioned on the lower surface of a top plate (2); a high-frequency signal generator (7) that supplies a high-frequency signal to the electrode (6) via a capacitor (17); and a spillover detection unit (9) that has a direct-current voltage conversion unit (8) that inputs the high-frequency signal applied to the electrode (6) and converts same to a direct-current voltage, and a voltage detection unit (19) that measures the size of the output voltage from the direct-current voltage conversion unit (8) and detects spillover of fluid housed in a pot (1). The spillover detection unit (9), which has the voltage detection unit (19), outputs a spillover detection signal to that control unit (5), which has the output setting unit (18).</p> |
