PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas decomposition electric power generation system applicable to various types of biogas including ammonia and capable of attaining the maximum capability of each device in a treatment system.SOLUTION: A system 1 for decomposing gas including ammonia to detoxify it includes: a gas collection means 100 for collecting the gas 4 to be decomposed; a gas concentration means 200 provided with a porous sorption recovery element capable of sorbing and desorbing the collected gas; a desulfurization means 250 for desulfurizing the gas collected by the gas collection means or the gas concentrated by the concentration means; a hydrogen generation means 300 for generating hydrogen from the ammonia gas by causing the desulfurized gas to flow in a porous catalyst body while heating the gas; and a gas decomposition electric power generation means 400 comprising a solid electrolyte and generating electric power using the ammonia gas and the hydrogen generated by the hydrogen generation means. |
