The present invention is to provide an apparatus for producing precipitated calcium carbonate, which can allow precipitated calcium carbonate produced at room temperature to be used not only in a low-concentration area but also in a high-concentration area. Provided is an orifice-loop-type reactor for synthesizing nano PCC, comprising: an inlet into which a suspension is injected; a pressure meter which is installed at a front portion or a rear portion of an orifice to check the pressure of the suspension; the orifice which increases the flowing velocity of the suspension; a CO_2 cylinder and a CO_2 flow meter for supplying CO_2; a reactor; a circulating valve; a discharging valve; a pump which circulates low concentration precipitated calcium carbonate; and a loop which corresponds to a circulating path of low concentration precipitated calcium carbonate. In the process of manufacturing precipitated calcium carbonate, the present invention can increase a contact surface between air and liquid, maintain the uniformity, and produce high concentration precipitated calcium carbonate by circulating and re-carbonating low concentration precipitated calcium carbonate.
