<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding core which has high strength, around which the large number of band-like products can be wound, and furthermore, of which the length is adjustable and which can freely accommodate the band-like products with narrow to wide widths. <P>SOLUTION: The winding core 1 includes an outer cylinder 2 and an inner cylinder 3, and ribs 4 are radially connected between the outer cylinder 2 and the inner cylinder 3.
