The invention relates to methods and products for treating cancer. In particular the invention relates to combinations of nucleic acids and antibodies for the treatment and prevention of cancer. The invention also relates to diagnostic methods for screening cancer cells. In one embodiment, the invention relates to the use of an immunostimulatory nucleic acid comprising at least one unmethylated CpG dinucleotide and an antibody specific for CD19, CD20, CD22 or CD40 antigen in the treatment or prevention of a B cell malignancy, wherein the immunostimulatory nucleic acid upregulates expression of the antigen.
