PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided tape which provides sufficient retention while having a structure such that an outgas generated from concrete or mortar is let out from an interface between an adhesive and the concrete or the mortar.SOLUTION: Provided is an adhesive composition for a double-sided tape for bonding concrete or mortar, the adhesive composition comprising an acrylic adhesive and porous particles. A mix ratio of the porous particles in terms of volume percentage is 10 to 30% relative to 100% of the adhesive composition. Moreover, when producing the double-sided tape, an adhesive layer comprising the adhesive composition for a double-sided tape for bonding concrete or mortar is coated on a substrate of the double-sided tape so that an average particle size of the porous particles become 30 to 60% relative to a thickness of the adhesive layer.
