PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger with a simple configuration capable of transmitting information at low cost between a power receiving side and power transmitting side.SOLUTION: The charger includes: a second motor for generating power with a power of a first motor; a battery to which the power generated by the second motor is supplied; a second control device for controlling the second motor; and a first control device for controlling the first motor for reporting to the second control device when a charging condition is established. |
