PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display and an electronic apparatus that can maintain display quality even when a pixel substrate is deflected due to the combination with a storage member.SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display includes: a pixel substrate; an opposing substrate that is arranged opposite to the pixel substrate; a liquid crystal layer that is encapsulated between the pixel substrate and opposing substrate; a display panel that includes a driver IC mounted on an overhanging part of the pixel substrate overhanging beyond the opposing substrate; a cover light transmissive substrate bonded to the display panel; and a rectangle and plate-like tabular spacer that is provided on one surface on the driver IC side of the cover light transmissive substrate. The tabular spacer and driver IC are fixed with a resin layer therebetween. |
