PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell observation information processing system which reduces as much as possible a labor for operating an input work of a tag to be applied to observation information of a cell or the like, which is performed by a user, and is capable of reducing error ratio in applying a tag.SOLUTION: A cell observation information processing system comprises: a tag acquisition part 11 which acquires a tag set for searching observation information acquired corresponding to an acquisition instruction at 1 point of time; and a storage part 12 which applies the tag set to the observation information and stores it in a recording part 13, in which the tag acquisition part automatically acquires or creates a candidate tag set being a candidate of a tag set to be applied to the observation information, and accepts a change instruction by a user from a candidate tag set to another tag set. When the tag acquisition part does not receive the change instruction, the part does not accept an input of another tag set by the user, but acquires the candidate tag set as a tag set to be applied. When the part receives the change instruction, the part accepts the input of another tag set by the user, and acquires the accepted another tag set as a tag set to be applied. |
