PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and improved secondary battery capable of preventing moisture from penetrating into the inside of a secondary battery.SOLUTION: There is provided a secondary battery including: a case including an accommodating space therein; an electrode assembly inserted in the accommodating space of the case; a collector plate electrically connected to the electrode assembly; a cap plate sealing the case, the collector plate penetrating through the cap plate; a terminal plate coupled to an exposed end of the collector plate; and an insulation member formed between the cap plate and the terminal plate, and including a sealing member formed on at least one surface of a surface in contact with the cap plate and a surface in contact with the terminal plate. |
