摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface protective film for electroconductive films, which is stuck to the electroconductive film when the electroconductive film is produced, is used when ITO (indium tin oxide) is crystallized, allows the amount of an oligomer to be deposited to be made smaller even when used in high-temperature treatment such as at an annealing step, and restrains the oligomer from contaminating a working environment or a product, and to provide a transparent electroconductive base material film laminate which is obtained by sticking the surface protective film for electroconductive films to a transparent electroconductive film base material.SOLUTION: The surface protective film for electroconductive films is obtained by forming a coating layer on at least one surface of a laminated polyester film and is characterized in that when the surface protective film for electroconductive films is heated at 150°C for 90 minutes, the amount of an ester cyclic trimer to be deposited on the surface of the coating layer is 1.2 mg/mor smaller. The transparent electroconductive base material film laminate is obtained by sticking the surface protective film for electroconductive films to the transparent electroconductive film base material.
