PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage/current conversion circuit capable of promptly generating a current corresponding to an input voltage with respect to a variation of the input voltage, and a power supply circuit.SOLUTION: The voltage/current conversion circuit includes: a first transistor in which more currents flow as the input voltage drops; a first bias circuit which supplies a bias voltage to a gate or a base of the first transistor; a second transistor in which more currents flow as the input voltage rises; a second bias circuit which supplies a bias voltage to a gate or a base of the second transistor; a third transistor in which a current corresponding to the current flowing in the first transistor flows; a fourth transistor in which a current corresponding to the current flowing in the second transistor flows; a fifth transistor forming a current mirror circuit together with the third transistor; a sixth transistor forming a current mirror circuit together with the fourth transistor; and an output port which makes a current flow correspondently to a current flowing in the fifth transistor or the sixth transistor.
