PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further properly start a vehicle when a stop lamp switch is failed.SOLUTION: Brake hydraulic pressure at an on-operation of a stop lamp switch is learnt, and when the brake hydraulic pressure Pbo is not lower than a hydraulic pressure learning value Pol which is obtained by learning, it is determined that a brake pedal 52 is turned on (steps S200, 210). When the brake hydraulic pressure Pbo is lower than the hydraulic pressure learning value Pol, it is determined that the brake pedal 52 is turned off (steps S200, 220), and when the stop lamp switch is failed, ready-on processing is performed when a start operation of a vehicle is performed, and it is determined that a brake is turned on by using the hydraulic pressure learning value Pol. By this constitution, even if the stop lamp switch is failed, the vehicle can be further properly started. |
