PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a flexible liquid crystal display that is capable of high-quality display and prevents a deterioration in display quality even after repeated winding or folding and developing.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a liquid crystal display includes the steps of: forming a liquid crystal orientation film on a substrate having a transparent electrode; applying and curing polymerizable liquid crystal or a curable liquid crystal composition on the liquid crystal orientation film to obtain a substrate on which the transparent electrode, liquid crystal orientation film, and liquid crystal cured material are formed in layers in this order; and holding liquid crystal, by using the substrate and the substrate on which at least the transparent electrode and liquid crystal orientation film are formed in this order as one pair, between the pair of substrates. |
