PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow weave air bag configured so that a small hole is not generated on a surface of the hollow weave air bag even by rupture of a joined yarn during impact absorption.SOLUTION: The hollow weave air bag comprises a bag part 10 which is inflated by gas inflow and a closing part 20 closing the bag part at an outer periphery of the bag part 10. The bag part 10 has double woven parts 11 woven into two separable layers and a quadruply woven part 12 woven into four separable layers. The double woven parts 11 have LA layers and LB layers as fabric layers, and the quadruply woven part 12 has a LAlayer and LAlayer woven further into double layers using yarn constituting the LA layers and a LBlayer and LBlayer woven further into double layers using yarn constituting the LB layers. The quadruply woven part 12 has the LAlayer, the LAlayer, the LBlayer and the LBlayer provided in this order and has a connection part at which the LAlayer and the LBlayer are joined. |
